AgriSIMA is also pleased to organize a cocktail reception on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, starting at 6 PM, at Restaurant Le Charolais, located on the Sommet de l’Élevage site (outside, stand E2-55). This convivial event will be an opportunity to: 1. Present the Expert Hubs and the list of exhibitors already registered for the 2026 edition 2. Facilitate exchanges between partners, press, exhibitors, and organization members 3. Share a warm moment around Auvergne products and Charolais beef.
